The valley is once again turned into a water feature by the heavens.

The aftermath of the torrent of water that cascaded down the back during our flash flood

Bruxner Cresent was transformed into a canal after the flash flood

Kylie, from across the road was not culturally isolated by the deluge

Filling up the valley below

Down the water rushes

Past the swing, down the hill

The place where the water diverges has created a deep channel

Cascading water always forms a torrent when we have more than 4 inchs overnight, It's quite exhilarating to hear

On Thursday out the back the water coursed through the drains

The King parrots eat the sunflowers that we have planted for them

I've been trying to capture the elusive King parrot(male picturee) on film for Opsie, but I can't get close enough for a good shot

Without a car, we are forced to walk or ride everywhere, it means the kids are completly Zonked at the end of the day, Here is Ella watching Luke at the markets on Sunday
